Consumer Rights
At Gntuniq, we are committed to upholding and protecting the rights of our customers in accordance with the Republic of Armenia's Law on Consumer Protection. Below you will find a summary of your key rights as a consumer.
Right to Quality Products
You have the right to receive products that meet the quality standards described on the packaging or in the product listing. All products sold through gntuniq.am comply with Armenian food safety regulations and quality standards.
Right to Information
You have the right to receive complete and accurate information about the products you purchase, including ingredients, nutritional information, country of origin, expiration dates, and storage conditions.
Right to Return and Refund
If you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect product, you have the right to a full refund or replacement. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. For non-perishable items in original packaging, returns are accepted within 14 days.
Right to Safety
All products undergo regular quality checks. If you believe a product poses a health risk, please contact us immediately at +374 (11) 53 88 88 so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

You may also contact the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction.
