1. General Provisions

Gntuniq LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates the gntuniq.am online store, providing grocery delivery and food court ordering services throughout Yerevan, Armenia. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Armenian Dram (AMD) and include applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, ARCA, and Idram payment methods.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available within the designated service areas in Yerevan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and traffic conditions. A service fee of 77 AMD applies to all orders. Free delivery is available for orders exceeding 10,000 AMD.

4. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund for defective or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable goods are non-returnable unless they are damaged or do not match the order. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
